Ever used marbles to massage your feet?
Apparently, they're great at soothing tired muscles and increasing circulation. Simply place a handful of marbles in a plastic bin, a basin or on the floor and rub your feet across them with gentle pressure.
Marbles are also great for strengthening foot muscles and improving the structure of feet. Simply place 20 marbles on the floor. Using your toes, pick up one marble at a time and place it in a small bowl or cup. Do this until you have moved all the marbles into the cup. Try this exercise 3 times a week, and your feet will feel stronger in no time!
