Enjoy flat rate shipping within the UK.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed after 2 PM Friday are shipping on Monday.

Delivery Time: Orders are shipped from the US and generally arrive within 10-14 business days. Vivian Lou is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Tracking Information: Orders are sent without tracking information and are delivered via USPS and Royal Mail. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact customercare@vivianlou.com.
